I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tamaro Beach, and it completely exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The spacious room we occupied was not only impeccably clean but also boasted a comfortable sitting area with a stunning view of the beach-garden-perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze with a cup of tea. The owners, Talin and his family, generously provided complimentary tea-making facilities, which allowed us to savor Sri Lankan flavors right from our comfortable retreat. I was particularly impressed by their attentiveness; they offered ironing facilities without hesitation, ensuring we looked our best during our stay. This gem of a guesthouse provided a serene environment just slightly out of town, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation while enjoying the local culture. I wholeheartedly recommend Tamaro Beach for anyone seeking a tranquil getaway in Hikkaduwa.
